Rosé of Pinot Noir 2016
Sonoma Coast
Since 2012, Ernest Vineyards has sourced Pinot Noir from premier, cool-climate Sonoma Coast sites. In our inaugural effort crafting rosé, we’ve chosen to blend this saignée, The Motley, from each of our five Pinot Noir vineyards allowing for astonishing complexity in such a refreshingly light wine.
Derived from Sonoma Coast pinot noir grapes, this wine has aromas of macerated strawberries, cherry, mustard, and sour cranberries. On the palate, the Eugenia Rosé delivers a concentrated dose of strawberries, making the wine a perfect pairing with trout or salmon.
