For the luxurious palette. A true collaboration with wine house Doyard-Mahe, Ernest Vineyards house Blanc de Blancs is the perfect champagne, for holidays and beyond. Paired beside our Cabernet Sauvignon from Alder Springs Vineyard, made with restraint and beautiful focus, this is the a gift for a definitively elevated wine lover.
Estate Duo
The Ernest Estate is anchored in the heart of the Freestone Valley, an area defined by the cold temperatures and blanketing fog from the Pacific Ocean. The challenging growing conditions reward with wines of structure and restraint.
Alder Springs Trio
Alder Springs Ranch has approximately 140 acres planted in Northern Mendocino, just 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean and varied elevation. They grow 24 varietals, from which we make four distinct wines. For this holiday line up, we have a progression from Chardonnay, to a light Trousseau and a refined Cabernet to take you through a breadth of this site.
Chardonnay Trio
One varietal we are inherently always take by, is the Burgundian Chardonnay. This complex grape, we love to coax the cooler higher acid notes from, carries so many characteristics from its place. Hence, we invite you to taste three distinct sites we currently make our Chardonnays from. All from the ‘22 vintage, proving to be an exquisite year in bottle.
