Bennett Valley Aligoté

TASTING NOTE:

The aromas greet the nose first with an exuberance of white fruits and flowers, followed by loads of crushed rocks and minerals. The depth of the wine is quickly revealed as it continues to grace the nose with more gentle and subtle notes of celery root and chamomile flowers. A pure and clean mid-palate attack of white nectarines, citric fruits, and celery salt, which combined with a stony mineral character promotes healthy salivation. The acidity keeps all these flavors alive on the palate for quite some time with freshness and energy which is quite delightful! The finish is equally "endless" and impressive as it seems to go on forever as clean and fresh as it began.
